What is your turnaround time for Digitizing and grading?

Approximately 1 - 2 weeks depending on the numbers of styles in your collection. Single patterns can be turned around within 5 days.

How do I SEND PATTERNS TO you for DIGITIZING and GrADING?

When mailing us patterns, be sure to send us copies only! The fragility of paper patterns is one of the main reasons that inspired us to go digital in the first place.

Paper (in all of its many forms), plastic, and lightweight fabric are all acceptable forms of patterns. We only digitize what we can see, so be sure to include any relevant notes you wish to maintain on your digital file.

No need to mark every seam allowance, well placed notes will suffice.

Absolutely. Be sure to email us precisely what you need changed and we’ll take care of the rest. Additional pattern making fees will apply.

What is your turnaround time for pattern making for a new collection?

Starting a collection is no small feat. Contact us for our pattern making availability. It is not uncommon for us to be scheduled more than two months out, so plan ahead and email us soon!

HOw wide can your plotter print? how much is printing?

Our plotter can accommodate markers up to 62” wide. Plotting is billed at $7.50/yd.
